As Co-Founder and CFO, Carmen oversees Advantage Research’s day-to-day finances while also leading
client services and business development. He has extensive experience in field services, pharmaceutical
and healthcare research, and product testing, and is known for keeping multi-market projects organized,
responsive and transparent for clients. Carmen is an avid sports fan who brings that same competitive
focus to every project.
Lawrence co-founded Advantage Research and leads operations and technology for the firm. He has spent
his career in marketing research, marketing analysis and computer systems, building processes that keep
interviewer networks, timelines and data flowing the right way. A passionate student of history and
historical relics, he brings the same respect for provenance and detail to every client project.
Nuno leads survey programming and technical operations, and has supported hundreds of studies across
categories. He also oversees most in-store projects, making sure questionnaires, audits and devices
work in real world environments, not just on paper. Away from the office, Nuno coaches sports and
brings a coach’s mindset of preparation and consistency to his project work.
As office manager and Senior Project Coordinator, Brian is the glue that holds the moving pieces together.
He tracks jobs, field staff and client contacts, monitors status across projects, and makes sure
nothing falls through the cracks. When schedules change or new projects come in, Brian is usually
the one quietly making sure everything still fits.
James serves as a Senior Project Director and is often assigned to complex, multi location studies because of
his dependable follow through. He partners with clients and supervisors to keep schedules realistic,
monitors progress in the field, and addresses issues before they become problems. Colleagues describe
him as a workhorse who simply gets things done.
